Knowing Our Customers

  • We require two forms of identification - Passport and Utility (Gas or Electric, Council Tax) bill, Identification Card - contact office for any questions..

  • Identification is required for all named individuals on the account

  • File Copies of your identification are kept securely as a way for staff to also identify those collecting as well as those being sent correspondents.
